These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Canyon Current website and the electrical services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
Canyon Current provides residential electrical engineering and contracting services in Eagle Mountain, Cedar Valley, and surrounding areas in Utah. All work is performed by licensed electricians in compliance with applicable Utah state codes and local building regulations.
Service availability is subject to technician scheduling and geographic coverage. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided through our website contact form or by phone are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed on-site after our technician assesses the scope of work. We will communicate any changes to the original estimate before proceeding.
Emergency service calls may be subject to after-hours rates, which will be disclosed prior to dispatch.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are confirmed by Canyon Current via email or phone. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice for non-emergency appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit prior to scheduling.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to late fees and collection action.
Permits and Code Compliance
Where required by Eagle Mountain City or Utah County regulations, Canyon Current will obtain applicable electrical permits on your behalf. Permit fees are billed at cost and are separate from labor and material charges. You are responsible for ensuring site access during any required inspections.
Warranty
Canyon Current warrants all labor performed for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party modifications, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to our work.
Equipment and materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will assist you in claiming where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
Canyon Current's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use, loss of data, or loss of income.
We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance as required by Utah state law.
